Customer Support

There are two key components to TECTROL's Customer Support program: Account Management and Program Management. These two elements have been designed and implemented to ensure that all aspects of our customers' requirements are promptly and efficiently handled with the highest level of accuracy, responsiveness and professionalism.


Account Management

A dedicated account manager is assigned to each customer to ensure that all aspects of the business relationship are effectively managed. Responsibilities of Account Management include pricing, order management, the RMA process, responding to enquiries and facilitating reviews and liaison with various TECTROL departments.

Direct communication between the customer and functional groups within TECTROL is encouraged and facilitated by Account Management. Typical customer review sessions during design and production cycles may include Quality Engineering, Customer Quality and/or Test Engineering.


Program Management

TECTROL supports its customers through all stages of product realization by assigning a dedicated Program Manager (PM) to each project. The PM is responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget and ensuring that products perform to specification.

TECTROL's Customer Support team is responsible for regular reviews of online customer status reports. These reports provide order information by account and model number and are designed and implemented to ensure that deliveries are consistently met.

To ensure we are meeting our goal of total customer satisfaction, detailed Customer Surveys are employed to measure our performance and provide a valuable tool for improving customer satisfaction. The results of these surveys are rapidly implemented in corrective action programs that provide continuous improvement.
