Products and manufacturing processes are designed for high CpK
indices that stress compliance to requirements. A series of
capable manufacturing processes have been developed to minimize
opportunities for error, generate high internal yields and ensure
that all products that ship to our customers provide consistent
performance and high quality.
All new products go through a rigorous computerized testing
process based on TECTROL's benchmark design standards that are
set to exceed our customers' criteria. A complete
post-production inspection provides a final quality check before
products are packaged on-line and shipped to customers.
Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used to monitor quality at
key points in the manufacturing cycle. As part of TECTROL's
Continuous Improvement Process, acceptance rates and trends,
which are used to pinpoint potential problems, are recorded for
all major processes.
